During this lull in AirBnB bookings, Cole and I helped a client give new life to their unique 1954 mid-century home. We have stayed at many AirBnB’s and know what necessities are needed to achieve Super Host quality. After assessing the home and feedback from guest reviews, we designed a comprehensive plan to “WOW” all future bookings. We really wanted to showcase the unique features and history of the home. A few projects we completed were: Re-designing the guest bedroom, renovating an adorable pink tiled bathroom, having a 16 foot banquette reupholstered, designing a new side porch lounge and dining area, landscaping the one acre property, creating a comprehensive welcome guidebook for guests, and providing safety guidelines in cleaning after guest departures. Our client was ecstatic with the results and happily moving forward with guest bookings. For anyone touring through Dayton in the future, this will be the perfect spot for you and some castmates to lay your head down that's not a sterile hotel room.
